Furthermore, you may integrate VELAONE payment processing services into your applications, websites, products, or services that interact with our Developer Tools ("Your Service"). Any payment processing facilitated via a VELAONE API necessitates a VELAONE account and is subject to our General Terms.
c. Responsibility and Liability
You bear sole responsibility for Your Service, encompassing its functionality, maintenance, and all user interactions. VELAONE explicitly disclaims all liability associated with Your Service, including its operation, content, and user experience.
d. Compliance
You must adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards when utilizing our Developer Tools and services. Additionally, you are obligated to implement appropriate security measures to safeguard user data and prevent unauthorized access to our services through Your Service.

g. Legal Compliance
You must use the Developer Tools and operate Your Services that access the Developer Tools in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data import and export regulations, privacy laws, and data security requirements. You are prohibited from using the Developer Tools to encourage or promote any illegal activity.
h. Implementation and Usage Guidelines
You must access and implement the Developer Tools by the official documentation provided for such Developer Tools and any additional requirements or instructions provided by VELAONE. VELAONE may update implementation instructions and requirements from time to time, and you agree to comply with such updates.
i. Fee Transparency
If Your Service is provided to your customers for a fee, you must separate and identify your fees from those charged by VELAONE for its services. You agree to maintain transparency in your pricing structure to avoid any confusion between your fees and VELAONE's fees.
j. Monitoring and Enforcement
VELAONE reserves the right to monitor the use of Developer Tools to ensure compliance with these terms. In case of any violation, VELAONE may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Developer Tools.
k. Responsibility for Your Service
You are solely responsible for the development, content, maintenance, and support of Your Service, including ensuring that Your Service remains compatible with any updates to the Developer Tools.
l. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold VELAONE harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Developer Tools or the operation of Your Service.
Please take note of the following guidelines regarding the use of VELAONE Developer Tools and Content to ensure the protection of our services and intellectual property:
a. Redistribution Limitations
You are not permitted to sell, rent, or lease access to the Developer Tools or Content, sublicense them to any third party, or redistribute access to them, except for legitimately obtained Content for which you have the necessary distribution rights.
b. Competitive Services
You are prohibited from creating, developing, or offering any service, application, or product that closely resembles the Developer Tools or any VELAONE service, replicates their core functionalities, or could be seen as a direct competitor to VELAONE's services.
c. Reverse Engineering
You are not allowed to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Developer Tools, or derive their source code or underlying algorithms.
d. Unauthorized Access
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Developer Tools or VELAONE's systems or provide assistance to others in obtaining unauthorized access.
e. Misuse of Content
Content accessed through the Developer Tools must only be used for purposes expressly permitted by these terms, and should not be aggregated, cached, or stored beyond what is necessary for your service to function.
f. Compliance Monitoring
You agree that VELAONE may monitor your use of the Developer Tools to ensure compliance with these restrictions and reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations.
g. Consequences of Violation
Any violation of these restrictions may lead to immediate termination of your access to the Developer Tools, and VELAONE reserves the right to pursue legal action for damages resulting from violations.
h. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violations of these restrictions by third parties, you are required to promptly report them to VELAONE.
By using the VELAONE Developer Tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these restrictions. VELAONE reserves the right to modify these restrictions at any time, and your continued use of Developer Tools constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
Remember the following guidelines regarding accessing and using VELAONE Sellers' Content:
a. Seller Consent
You must get explicit consent from a VELAONE Seller before using their Content, including any customer-provided Content.
b. Prohibited Actions
Without express consent, you cannot scrape, download, store, or create permanent copies of any VELAONE Seller's Content. You also cannot modify, sell, lease, distribute, or publicly display their Content.
c. Misrepresentation
You are not allowed to represent yourself or Your Service as an agent of VELAONE.
d. Transparency and Disclosure
You must clearly state the purpose of Your Service to the VELAONE Seller and provide a easily accessible privacy policy detailing how you handle Seller Content.
e. Consent Revocation
If a Seller revokes permission, you must immediately cease access to their Content, delete it from your systems, and provide confirmation of deletion if requested.
f. Audit Rights
VELAONE has the right to audit your deletion of Seller Content at any time, even after your VELAONE account has been terminated.
g. Data Minimization
Only collect and store the minimum amount of Seller Content necessary for Your Service to function and regularly review and purge unnecessary Seller Content.
h. Security Measures
Implement appropriate measures to protect Seller Content and promptly notify VELAONE and affected Sellers of any security breaches involving Seller Content.
i. Compliance with Data Protection Laws
Ensure your handling of Seller Content complies with all applicable data protection and privacy laws and obtain necessary consent from individuals whose personal data may be included in Seller Content.
j. Sub processors
Obtain VELAONE's written consent before engaging any sub processors to handle Seller Content and ensure any approved sub processors are bound by obligations no less protective than these terms.
k. Consequences of Violation
Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate termination of your access to the Developer Tools and VELAONE services, and VELAONE reserves the right to pursue legal action for any damages resulting from violations.
VELAONE has the authority to terminate or adjust access to the Developer Tools. You also have the option to terminate your use of our services. The following section outlines the terms and conditions related to termination:
a. Termination by VELAONE
VELAONE can terminate these Developer Terms and/or suspend or terminate your VELAONE Account at any time, for any reason or without prior notice. VELAONE has the right to add, remove, suspend, stop, delete, discontinue, or impose conditions on the Developer Tools or any feature at its sole discretion. VELAONE will make reasonable efforts to inform you of termination via email or when you attempt to access your VELAONE Account or the Developer Tools again.
b. Termination by You
You can terminate these Developer Terms by deactivating your VELAONE Account at any time. Instructions for the deactivation process will be provided in your account settings or upon request.
c. Consequences of Termination
Upon termination or suspension of these Developer Terms or your VELAONE account for any reason:

You acknowledge that VELAONE retains the right to audit your deletion of all VELAONE Seller Content, even after your VELAONE account has been terminated. You agree to cooperate fully with any such audit and provide evidence of complete deletion if requested.
e. Survival of Terms
Any provisions of these Developer Terms that should survive termination will do so, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations.
f. Data Portability
Upon request and where feasible, VELAONE will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to retrieve your non-VELAONE Seller data from the Developer Tools before termination takes effect. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the termination notice.
g. Wind-Down Period
In certain circumstances, at VELAONE's sole discretion, a wind-down period may be granted to allow you to transition away from the Developer Tools. The duration and terms of any wind-down period will be determined by VELAONE.
h. Reactivation
If your account is terminated by VELAONE, you may not create a new account or attempt to access the Developer Tools without VELAONE's express written permission.
i. Notification to Affected Parties
If termination of your access to the Developer Tools affects VELAONE Sellers or end-users, you are responsible for notifying them promptly and assisting with any necessary transitions.
By continuing to use VELAONE Developer Tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Termination terms. VELAONE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
